5. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our wellness products and the handcrafted nature of our custom-made gifts, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds on any products or custom orders, except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and determine if a replacement is possible.
